A relaxing weekend with 15 kids under 5.

Seems impossible, I know. You would think that it would be total chaos the entire time, but it wasn't - at all. We had such a great weekend, all of the kids were great- so much fun!! We bbq'd, had campfires, beached it, played at the park, went bike riding, and lined up to swing a bat at a hanging ball. Had to laugh, when I turned around to find a line up of kiddies patiently waiting for there turn at a swing, while the rest chanted "GO RILEY, GO RILEY, GO ADAM, GO ADAM" etc., etc. (good call Dan and Cheryl). Other fascinating and strange preoccupations for the children were: Hanging out in Steve and Ella's tent Playing in all of the playpens, which were brought out of the tents during the day Riding bikes and trikes around all of the tents and trailers and especially through the puddles!! Setting lawn chairs up around a tree to watch a cicada emerge from its old shell. Collecting bugs and making crafts like stick vases, rock necklaces and decorations. Playing games like Shrek and old favorites like circle volleyball. Having a Dance Party?!?!
