We went to Toronto Today for our Dear friend Cindy, who as we know welcomed your beautiful baby boy Brian to the world on March 25th (7 weeks early). Anyway, the girls put on a fantastic day. The party room at Clare's was awesome, Vanessa did some fabulous decorating with all of the black and whites of Brian, the "diaper cake", rice crispy rattle, framed photo to sign - etc.etc.etc. And Julie who put together the great little game and advice box and who created and recited a lovely poem for Cindy which brought all to tears. The highlight of our trip to Toronto though was going to meet the little guy himself. We were very excited to be the first to see him in his new cot at the hospital (instead of the incubater). He is doing fabulous and is completely adorable. Amber made the trip with us as well, but had to head home early, so we missed her in the picture. It was great having Amber come down the night before so we could chat and catch up and eat munchies on Saturday night too.
