Normally this is not a monumental event. Usually it is the stopping of the eating that is the issue. But today it is reason to celebrate. Poor Riley has had a bad case of the stomach flu and hasn't eaten more than a few bites since Thursday, it is now Sunday. So though I am normally not thrilled if Riley wakes up before 7am, today I was extremely happy to be awakened at 6:10am to the words - mommy, I'm hungry, can we go get breakfast. That was 2 hours ago and since then she has eaten a full breakfast, played with her sister and danced to the Wiggles. Fingers crossed the sickness is over!!!
