SATC WEEKEND

Our girls weekend away, Sex and The City style!!! With great anticipation Julie, Amber and I headed to Toronto to Cindy's for a weekend with the girls. No kids, no distractions, the four of us finally together again. We haven't to been able to get all four of us together at the same time since the first Sex and The City movie, so it was reunion of sorts!!! The movie was really just a side bar to the weekend, hanging out was priority 1. We arrived at Cindy's in in the early afternoon, and enjoyed a delicious salmon salad before leaving Ray and the kids for the rest of the weekend. We would be staying at Tracy's beautiful row house in downtown T.O., so we went there right away. The intent was to have a drink and a few nibbles, hit the early show and go out on the town after. We were just having so much fun just hanging out together, a few drinks, lots of nibbles, great conversation, Julie doing our make-up and beautifying us all, we weren't even paying attention to the time. It was nearing 8:00 before we even glanced at our watches. So, an altered plan was put in place - Bellini's at Milestones before the 9:45 show. I had so much fun with my girls - the movie was terrible, but we didn't care. We even survived the insanity of the scary cab ride home. I just hope we don't have to wait for another SATC movie to be released before we can do this again. Love you Am, Moo and Lou.
