A trip to the Dentist

Last week Riley had a check up at the Dentist. Strangely enough, she actually liked it, said she had fun and was very proud of her super shiny clean teeth. She endured a tooth by tooth check followed by a dye check to see where any plaque build up was, a polish and floss, fluoride application, teeth brushing and flossing instructions and second check by the dentist and finally her reward - a new toothbrush, floss sticks and a prize from the treasure chest - a Princess deck of cards. To me, this really doesn't sound like fun, but she totally liked it and Emily totally liked watching her. I was just happy there were no cavities. She was so proud of her clean teeth that she made me take a picture of them when she got home, before she would eat or drink anything. Then she proceeded to pose for the cutest picture ever. She was so happy to show daddy when he got home, and to play with her new deck of cards!! Good Job Riley!
