Well after getting the girls on antibiotics for strep throat and escaping the worst snow storm to hit the area "in three decades" the weekend started looking up. We were able to head back to L.C. to celebrate Gramma H's birthay. But before we celebrated the girls were able to spend some time with Grandma Mary and Papa Rick while I had a well needed, though short catch up over coffee with my dear friend Amber, and Kris was able to partake in the annual Michigan vs. Ohio State football "party" at Church's. He was up to his old tricks again - dressing up as the Ohio state coach, and creating appropriate headgear for the Michigan fans as you can see.
We had lovely dinner at the Finnigans, joined by Kerri and Darren as well. We stayed overnight and had a good visit, and then Riley stayed with Gramma and Papa for a few days and the rest of us headed for home.
